I found a small parakeet in my neighborhood. I could not find his owner, so I needed a cage. I loved the appearance and dimensions of PadaWorks' cage. After reviewing their shop, I also purchased several rugs. They shipped my purchase right away, and I was able to track through Etsy. Once it reached the U.S., the USPS had some delivery issues. When I contacted PadaWorks, they were immediately responsive, but the problem was with USPS. PadaWorks customer service was great. And when my order arrived, I was so happy with the craftsmanship and quality, as is my parakeet!
